Boundary Survey

A boundary survey is the result of a licensed Land Surveyor, establishing the corners of a parcel of land from existing monumentation found in the field and land records. The resulting survey is the interpretation of the evidence as found. This survey may also contain any and all improvements located on said parcel.
Some of the reasons for getting a boundary survey would include: buying or selling a home, dispute with neighbors, planning for construction or just so you know where your lines are.
